Russia’s Ilyushin Finance wants up to $250 mln in IPO

MOSCOW, Dec 24 – Russian aircraft leasing company Ilyushin Finance plans to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering, Russia’s state news quoted the firm’s chief as saying.
